    Description: A number of modules refer outside of their own modules to =
shared resources, specifically, the LICENSE and NOTICE resources in the par=
ent module, which usage is considered undesirable and produces warnings in =
certain environments, e.g., Eclipse. The intent of this issue is to create =
a new, shared resources module from which these dependent resources will be=
 unpacked and copied into the referring modules.=C2=A0=C2=A0  (was: A numbe=
