JSVGCanvas Tooltip on anchor xlink:title attribute

Hi,

I have extended JSVGCanvas to customize the hyper link behavior now I would
like my custom JSVGCanvas to show tooltip when you mouseover anchor
elements with the xlink:title attribute set.

If anyone has any ideas of how to do this it would be really appreciated
