Probably first user-question since many years ;-)

Hi all,
as we=92re thinking of giving 2.3 another try =85 I=92m trying to make the =
ideas I had a bit more concrete =85
As some of you might know, I=92m working mainly in the Industrial IoT area =
=85 here we have loads of data in odd data-structures and in general indust=
ial IoT consists of converting one odd format into another odd format.
Currently most use some super tricky conversion tools =85. I would love to =
try setup Cocoon pipelines, that validate and transform this information.
So, my question is: Can Cocoon also be run as a pure xml pipelining framewo=
rk that doesn=92t necessarily serve Web-clients?
Chris
