Why did you insert the word "data" in there? Why not say, "some other language"? It seems like you are changing the terms of Wittgenstein's argument. Wittgenstein's point is that language can express a set of things, but there are other things which also matter which language cannot express. Hum the tune to Beethoven's 9th Symphony, the choral part at the end (also known as the EU anthem): "Freude, schöner Götterfunken, Tochter aus Elisium"… That sound you just made?
