WS-Security Implementation in C

Is there any open source implementation in C for WS-Security
Specification (Soap Message Security 1.0)? Is there an implementation
that is built on top of  xmlsec (www.aleksey.com
<http://www.aleksey.com/> ) security library which implements XML
Encryption & XML Signature in C.

 

I will very much appreciate any information on this.
