Windows 11 Oracle Is Requiring Account To Install Java 11

I currently have Windows 11. I tried to install Java 11. Oracle told me that I have to have an account with them to install Java 11 on Windows 11. I tried to sign up for an account. But they want to know where I work. I'm not trying to install Java 11 on a work computer. I'm trying to install Java 11 on my home computer.
