Summary: (1.95.4) runtests fails on MacOSX

Initial Comment:
I attempted to run "make check". However, the runtests script is erroneous labeled as a "sh" script. It runs properly under "bash".

I'm running MacOSX 10.1.

I'm not sure who's to blame for this-- the runtests script is listed as "generated by libtool".

Rejecting this for two reasons:
- a bug in any script generated by libtool is a libtool bug
- the reporter didn't bother responding to the request for
further information

This can be reopened or a new report may be filed if this
issue is still a problem and enough information can be
provided to determine that this is an Expat problem.

Does it fail to run using sh on Mac OS X?
Not sure what the right thing to do is if it doesn't --
libtool is evil.
