www.jfor.org updated

Hello jfor fans,

The jfor site has doubled its number of pages!
(well, we started with two pages so it's not that hard).

More seriously, the dusty README file has been HTMLized, cleaned up and is 
now published under http://www.jfor.org (look under LINKS).

The fourth page is the new license, which will be effective with release 
0.7.0 (due in the next few days) and should allow jfor to be distributed as a 
standard component of Cocoon 2.
