space-before, space-after, background-color and page-number-citation

Hi all,

We've just finished integrating and testing Boris Poudérous's contributions 
in these areas. Thanks Boris - your name has been added to the hall of fame 
at www.jfor.org!

As always, feedback on these new features is welcome.

The following sample files demonstrate these features:

  samples/cocoon/tests/simple-tests/fo-page-number-citation.xml

Boris, I think these samples do not test everything - do you have an XSL-FO 
test document for the table features (background-color I think) that 
yourchanges also implement, or are the new features already demonstrated in 
an existing sample?
