New (space-before, space-after, background-color) functionalities

Hello!  

There are 3 new attributes possible for the fo:block=
 (space-before, space-after, background-color).
You can find an example showing these functionalities from CVS in=
 jfor-samples/cocoon/tests/simple-tests/block-attributes.fo.xml
