FIY: license change in CVS

Hi jfor developers,

After consulting our main contributors (Andreas + Chris) I changed the 
license in all jfor source files to the "jfor Apache-Style License" which 
should allow jfor to be distributed with Cocoon 2, and might ease a stepwise 
integration with FOP.

I'm doing some testing on a few recent code changes and will release 
V0.7.0 with the new license in the next few days.
