Migrating Struts app from Resin 2.1 to 3.0!

All,
        I am upgrading from Resin 2.1 to Resin 3.0 and from JDK 1.3 to JDK 5.0. The web application uses Struts 1.0. It is currentlly in production. After moving to Resin 3.0, I am getting a blank page on one of the modules. It is supposed to go back to the main page from the confirmation page.The struts-config.xml file has the redirect attribute set to "true" in the action mapping for this module. It worked after I changed it to false but I don't know why it should work in Resin 2.1 but not in 3.0.
  Has anybody run into this problem?
