Not directly.  iPlanet might have a HTTP proxy capability you could  
use to run with Resin.

Or you could just use Resin for the web-tier instead of iPlanet.  The  
LoadBalance server is fast, and then you can have the web-tier act as  
a proxy-cache as well as just serving static pages.
