A blank page in Struts is usually an indication that an error in the JSP has occurred, turn up the debugging in struts (See the docs, look in web.xml) Resin 2 didn't catch such errors as a JSP tag having multiple attributes listed twice, where as Resin 3 does, this could be why the page is blank see the Resin stdout output of the JSP compiler.. Finally if you can upgrade to at least Struts 1.2.9, it has many bugs fixed and a number of security fixes, and better logging of errors.
