any hope for 64-bit ints?

I've been working with xml-rpc and quite like it so far.

The only problem I have now is that we have several places
where we need to send 64 bit ints back and forth.

Right now I've patched our local xml-rpc libraries to
handle this, but of course that's not a good long-term
solution.

So, is there any chance that 64 bit ints will be added to
the xml-rpc spec, or should I just bite the bullet
and move to soap-land?
