Didn't receive 200 OK from remote server. (HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request)

Hi,

The xml_rpc server that I have written is not sending 200 OK.

The client is erroring with "Didn't receive 200 OK from remote server. 
(HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request)" .

How do I fix this?.  Do I need to manually add the 200 OK status to 
the server's response?.

The server is written using C# and is hosted on IIS 5.0.
Client is written using PHP.

Please somebody tell me how to fix this.
