XML-RPC with Java for beginners (Stupid subject modified)

In almost every case, you do not produce or parse directly these XML
elements. The XML-RPC library you use does it for you and you never
see XML. The "files" shown are just what goes on the wire. It is
certainly bad practice to show them as documentation for the API.

My Java is quite rusty but there are apparently several libraries for
