the phpxmlrpc library includes a complete xmlrpc debugger.
To install it, you will need a php server - it might be the same as the 
wmlrpc server to be tested or another one.
If your xmlrpc server is exposed to the net, there is a public xmlrpc 
debugger you can use at http://gggeek.raprap.it/debugger
