XXML-RPC Exception Already pointing: File girmem.cpp(transport pstream)

Hi,

I am sending data from windows client to linux server with pstream
transport. The problem happen, when the windows client is receiving
response i.e. during the processing of the END packets. The XML-RPC
code create an object packetPtr() object and assigns . It then gets an
Exception "Already pointing". I can understand it has already process
the packet and push into queue. Then why this exception. 

Please suggest

Is there a bug in code.
