The function that xml-rpc would have to be written in C++ and then an XML-R=
PC file would be created with the function defined in your C++ code. If you=
 have an IDE like Eclipse or RAD IDE it creates for the XML-RPC file and yo=
u have to read the file and make all your service methods are created. Then=
 the client in this case PhP care has to configured to use the service.=20
