XML-RPC is still in use, so it makes sense for those of us interested in
it to have a forum to talk to each other, should we ever find a need.

But I _am_ bothered by the posts not about XML-RPC per se, regardless of how
little time I spend discarding them. Part of the reason is that we're
deceiving people into posting questions they won't get answers to because
they're in the wrong forum. I know many posters just aren't aware of what
XML-RPC is - they think it is a particular library or a particular application
of XML-RPC. (Indeed, most people who write to me for help with an XML-RPC
programming library I maintain refer to the library as "XML-RPC"). That's
understandable.

I suggest keeping the list, narrowly defining the topic, and moderating posts
from new posters to stay on that topic.

It doesn't have to be John, of course. I would do it if John is tired of it.
