Hi Bryan!

The last post I can find in my archive which is strictly on topic is a post from you on 15th November 2010 where you ask an interesting question about content-type:)

My policy has been to discard spam (>80% of the messages sent to the list) and allow anything which is XML-RPC related. The reason I have such a liberal approach to allowing off topic posts is that, in general, the people who post off topic get help and (more importantly) if I reject posts then I feel I have to explain why and then I get into long arguments about my decision (bitter experience speaking).

I really don't think that anybody is ever going to make another XML-RPC implementation (at least, not anybody who hasn't made one before). The very existence of this mailing list attracts people who should really be asking their questions elsewhere. Therefore it is useless. Gone are the glory days when we can admire the way Dave Winer bullshits his way out of difficult questions about the spec. It's gone, Bryan, let it go...
