Hmm, it appears my JavaDoc changes to bring the JavaDoc inline with 
Sun's coding guidelines, especially for capitalization, did not get 
applied. Did they not get through (it was a big patch) or did you not 
accept them?  They don't seem to have arrived back in my Inbox, so 
possibly they just got lost.
