Namespace vs namespace

There's one other "packaging" issue that bothers me, and I'd like to 
fix before we release. The JavaDocs consistently use a capital N 
"Namespace" whereas most other specs, including Namespaces in XML 
itself, use a lower-case n "namespace". I'm preparing a patch that 
will fix this.
