I think it is reasonable and indeed should be=20
expected for SAX parser vendors to bundle the SAX=20
classes. A lot of people are still using Java 1.3=20
and earlier that don't bundle SAX. It's better if=20
you don't have to go to multiple sites to=20
download all the code required to make something=20
work.
