svg image blurring

Hello

 

I have a problem with the rendering of images.

The quality of the image is very bad when using IE10 or Chrome. It works
fine with Firefox and Opera. See

The code looks like this:

I also tried the svg image attribute image-rendering with optimizeSpeed with
no success

 

Any solutions?
