What's the current plan for releasing the work on the xalan-j_xslt3.0_mvn branch? it's hundreds of commits out of sync with master. Is xalan-j_xslt3.0_mvn going to be rebased?

Also, in the branch, the maven build relies on jars that have been put directly in the repo under the libs directory. Is a new xerces release planned?
