There's 10 open pull requests on the other repository ([xerces2-j|https://github.com/apache/xerces2-j/pulls]). If the [xerces-j|https://github.com/apache/xerces-j] repository really is the one that should be worked on (which I hope it is), then the other one really needs to be archived and people be pointed to the correct repository as the current situation is quite confusing. I suspect that there's probably also numerous commits in that repository that may need to be pulled over.

It's confusing and could be wasting peoples time if they are making PR's to a dead repo. There are currently 10 pull requests on the [https://github.com/apache/xerces2-j/pulls] repo, perhaps they need rebasing onto xerces-j.
