ant take fileset problem

Hi,

I was trying to incorporate xsddoc in my ant build as follows:

<xsddoc out="${schemadocs}" verbose="true">
  <fileset dir="${schemas} casesensitive="yes">
      <include name="**/*.xsd" />
  </fileset>
</xsddoc>

It prints messages when it finds the files and all the files are found.
But it just generates the index files with nothing in the index. Running
it from the commandline results in docs being generated, but the links are
faulty on the index page.

Im using the 0.5 beta version. Any suggestions as to what might be going
wrong?
