Hi,

I was using xsddoc in an ant task and found some bugs in the way it was
generating links and treating the fileset attribute. Ive added possible
fixes for these in xml2html.xsl (lines 150 and 440) and in Task.java(line
43). See .tgz file attached.

It builds and runs correctly for me. But of course needs to be tested.
