xsddoc is not rendering the full string , it truncates
at the point char.

This seem to work as designed:
In the summary sections, the documentation is indeed 
stripped upto the first colon, as JavaDoc is doing.
Later in the Details sections, the full documentation is 
available.
If there is a Details section with stripped documentation, then 
it is a bug. Please let us know if there is such a case.
