Initial Comment:
In the case where you have one schema file included by
another, it would be nice to see only the elements from
a specific xsd file.  And also display only elements
for a selected file. 

In our case we have two schema files,
airReservationServices.xsd and
hotelReservationServices.xsd, and both include
general.xsd. The general file contains elements used by
both services files. When I generate the documentation
for airReservationServices I get all the elements from
general.xsd, but there is no indication which elements
are from the general file, and which are from the
service file.

After long discussions und analysis we decided not to 
implement this feature, since XSLT doesn't make life easy in 
case of the strong hierarchical structure of a multiple-file-
bases XML Schema.
Sorry for that.

Hi,
so far we have been focused on documenting namespaces id 
didn't care about the files at all. But I agree the origin of a 
component might be of interest. I could imaging the following 
solution:
a. in the upper left frame your could alternativly select a file 
(not only a namespace) and open a file-overview-page in the 
lower left frame.
b. somewhere on top of each components page there is a link 
showing the file name andf being linked to the corresponding 
file-overview-page.

Please allow us some time to implement this.
