Summary: handle multiple xsds

Initial Comment:
Many projects use 100s schemas and having the ability
to run xsddoc for an entire directory would have great
practical use.

The ant task now supports a dir attribute to specify a
directory containing schema files and a nested fileset tag to
specify any fileset to document. xsddoc then internaly
creates a mediator schema that imports all those schemas
and creates a documentation for all of them at once.
