Summary: -xml argument not fully supported

Initial Comment:
If using the -xml argument on the command line
interface, only component pages are layouted as XML,
but not the overview pages. I want to be able to
poszprocess the XML into my own navigation, so it
would be nice to also have the raw overview data.

The current HEAD version already creates XML for the
overview frames, but not yet for the index pages. The final
release should be able to create XML for all pages.
