Yep, I'm currently working on documentation and release packaging. I would like 
to roll both jar and war releases into single bin release, and do other tweaks.

Once this is ready I will create builds to check for any issues with bat/sh 
scripts and release layout. And after this is done, actual release can be made 
and voted upon.

I'm thinking to finish all this within 2 weeks.

For hash filer I think we could just use same logic as in String.hashCode().
