Note that there's now also a libfo-compat.xsl stylesheet in xmlroff 0.3.0 that you can use that tries to rewrite or remove various FOs and properties so xmlroff has a better chance of working with your document. It's a bit rough-and-ready, but I'd rather spend my time improving xmlroff than improving the stylesheet. However, patches are welcome.
