CVS changes

There's been two changes in the CVS repository structure:

 - xmlroff/examples/io was moved to become the top-level
   libfo-examples module since it is released as the libfo-examples
   package.

 - pangoxsl was mistakenly imported into the xmlroff CVS repository.
   It has now been moved to the PangoPDF CVS repository.
