Thanks, Julian.  I've checked in your patch.  It should be generally
available from anonymous CVS shortly.

I also have some test cases that I'll check into the 'testsuite'
module, which will put it in the odd position of having tests for a
to-be-released property but not for the just-added functionality.

Speaking of the next release, I'll be in Australia at around the first
of next month, so I'll have to see what I can do about doing a release
while I'm there.

Are you ready for 'border-width' and 'border-style'?
