To add the new properties to the spec-dump just requires adding some
<property> elements to dump-info.xml and then running the Make
targets.

The datatype we want is not in the spec.  I've had to invent FoTblr
and FoPcw because they were useful.  There's a couple like FoToken
that I've created because I thought they'd be useful but have never
used.

Fo??? would just be a case of copying and modifying one of the
existing datatypes.  Copying and modifying FoTblr is probably
simplest.  It would also need to be added to fo-all-datatype.h and to
datatype/Makefile.am.
