When will the spec for random-sequence be put on the EXSLT web site?

In June after an extensive discussion and voting it was decided to specify
a new EXSLT function:

double * random-sequence([integer numberOfItems := 1 [,double seed :=
 (double)current-time()]])

My understanding is that nobody will know about the new function and
nobody will start implementing it until its spec has been put on the EXSLT
web site.

Therefore, dear Administrators, please, put the above two lines in the
spec.
