Form Input Library?

Hello,

My name is Blaine. I am new to the list but have been using the EXSLT 
libraries for a bit now.

Anyway,
I have been thinking of developing a xsl library to generate form inputs 
based on an XML definition. I do something like this using DOMXML in PHP 
already, but would really like to use a XSL to do this instead.  Does 
anyone know of such a library?  If not, would something like this be 
something worth contributing to the EXSLT libraries?
