XSLT1+EXSLT -> XSLT2 migration paths (was: EXSLT 1.0 Proposed List)

I really like this idea.  I think that if exslt.org could host such a
document or set of tips for these migrations, everyone would benefit.  I
don't know that I know enough of XSLT2 technical detail to contribute,
but I'm sure we have on this list the right folks for the task.

Let's get it on the roadmap.
