Unfortunately, I can't more than anyone else. I think it was Michael Kay who 
mentioned it on one of the lists/bugzilla/correspondence. Perhaps the XSL-T 
WG has disbanded it based on resource constraints(I'm not WG member), who 
knows. However, I think following the normal news flow will be sufficent and 
work out fine.
