Only if you use ISO2709 as a wrapper. There's a few systems out there
that does, but they do not deserve any mercy, should be taken outside
and shot!

There are some field size limitations, for sure, but I've seen this
come up more in relation to OpenURL's (as they get terribly long ...
it's a library standard after all :) than anything else. But yeah,
it's a bit of a silly limitation when you're developing solution, but
then, constraints are the mother of all funny inventions.
