Dates and dogfood

Hi all,

I've applied the PSI template [1] to the date PSIs [2].

All dates are served as TM/XML topic maps now.

Examples:

* 2010-09-15 as TM/XML with an associated XSL(T) stylesheet:
  <http://psi.semagia.com/iso8601/2010-09-15>

* 2010-09-15 as CTM:
  <http://ws.mappify.org/tm2tm/?tm=http://psi.semagia.com/iso8601/2010-09-15&out=ctm>

* 2010-09-15 as XTM 2.1:
  <http://ws.mappify.org/tm2tm/?tm=http://psi.semagia.com/iso8601/2010-09-15&out=xtm>
