RDF to Topic Maps: rdfs:isDefinedBy

Hi all,

Next RDF to Topic Maps question: Has someone a mapping of
rdfs:isDefinedBy [1] to Topic Maps? I.e. PSIs for the role types?

The other Lars mentioned in one paper that there was an association in
TMCL which could fit but is was removed and afaik it was never added
back to TMCL.
