ANN: SDShare server tests - 1st snapshot

Hi all,

I created an initial snapshot of the SDShare server test suite:

The test suite verifies the SDShare feeds and checks if all referenced
snapshots/fragments are available. It is written in Java but it should
work with all server implementations regardless of the implementation
language.

It was only tested against an unpublished version of Atomico but I
hope this early release produces some feedback from other SDShare
developers.

Currently, it's a bit picky about returned status codes and media
types. Maybe too picky.

Anyway, feedback and participation is welcome.
