ANN: QuaaxTM 0.5.4 released (XTM 2.1 support)

Hi all,
the QuaaxTM project [1] has released version 0.5.4 of the PHP Topic Maps 
engine which now comes wth XTM 2.1 read (thanks @ Lars Heuer for the 
patch) and write support (via QuaaxTMIO library).
This release also contains a bug fix for the CXTM writer [2].
