So far everyone who does not have an introducer is a root:

Michel is currently not mentioned in the tree because no one has  
claimed yet to be introduced by him. If the tree would be complete  
some day in a very distant future, only Steve and Michel will be roots.

We would have to adjust the algorithm and rename the number. If no  
one objects i will go forward and do that.

@Michel Biezunski and Steve Newcomb: Should it be Biezunski-Newcomb  
number or Newcomb-Biezunski number?

That would not hurt the algorithm, but the tree would be incomplete,  
because of this unresolved bug:
