It was implied, though, but never expressed explicitly. Most TMAPI people would have gone postal when they had read it. Maybe this is also the main reason that TMQLish thinking never made it into the mainstream: people simply prefer this kind of TMAPI thinking where you do ONE thing and then store it away.
